This policy explains what personal data Alba Street, part of Metafoodies Group, collects through albastreet.metafoodiesgroup.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Newsletter sign-up: your email address, and the site language you were using.
• Franchise enquiry: the name, company, email, phone, country/city, operating experience and qualification bands you choose to give us, plus any free-text message.
• Analytics: standard web analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, referring source, and the on-site actions listed in our measurement plan (menu views, directions clicks, delivery-platform clicks, form submissions).

We do not take payments on this website, so we never collect or store card details. Ordering and payment happen on the delivery platforms or in person at the counter, under their own policies.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry, which is the reason you submitted it.
• To send you the emails you asked for, and only until you unsubscribe.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve them.
• To measure whether our advertising brings people to the site. Ad personalisation storage stays switched off.

Cookies and consent

We use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, and a notice on the site tells you so. These are set when you arrive rather than after you click. Advertising storage — the kind used to personalise ads to you — is denied by default and we do not switch it on. Strictly necessary and security storage are always on, because the site cannot function without them. If you would rather not be measured at all, your browser’s tracking-protection or do-not-track settings will block it.

Who we share it with

Our analytics and advertising providers (Google Analytics and Meta) process data on our behalf under their own terms. This website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores what you submit through the enquiry and newsletter forms before it reaches us. Franchise enquiries are then handled by Metafoodies Group. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Franchise enquiries for as long as the opportunity is live, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics data for the retention period configured in the analytics platform.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email alba@metafoodiesgroup.com and we will respond. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data protection rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
